Job Title: Process Developer
Salary: INR 35k – 65k/month

Eligibility Criteria:
- A university degree in a relevant field (Economics, Accounting, Finance preferred)
- Proficient in English
- Experience or knowledge of Cash Collections accounting
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of US GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Description:
- Follow up on missing remittances and contact clients (where applicable) to gather remittance details, identifying the reasons for missing allocation data and improving remittance accuracy.
- Manage the 0-30 day cash bucket, ensuring prompt follow-up on newly received cash and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve unapplied cash, preventing it from aging.
- Approve internal payment transfers to redirect misdirected payments and ensure timely movement of funds to the correct bank account.
- Assist in identifying and rectifying misdirected payments.
Key Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials/SAP
- Experience in financial closing and reporting
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, particularly during peak closing periods
- Strong self-motivation and expertise in the relevant field
- Excellent time management and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, and take initiative
- Skilled at influencing others without direct authority, and working well in a team environment
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow both within and outside your area of expertise
