Job Location: Pune, India

Job Title: Process Developer

Salary: INR 35k – 65k/month

Qualification: Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees

Eligible Batches: 2022, 2023 & 2024

Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (Economics, Accounting, Finance preferred)
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience or knowledge of Cash Collections accounting

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of US GAAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

  • Follow up on missing remittances and contact clients (where applicable) to gather remittance details, identifying the reasons for missing allocation data and improving remittance accuracy.
  • Manage the 0-30 day cash bucket, ensuring prompt follow-up on newly received cash and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve unapplied cash, preventing it from aging.
  • Approve internal payment transfers to redirect misdirected payments and ensure timely movement of funds to the correct bank account.
  • Assist in identifying and rectifying misdirected payments.

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials/SAP
  • Experience in financial closing and reporting
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, particularly during peak closing periods
  • Strong self-motivation and expertise in the relevant field
  • Excellent time management and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, and take initiative
  • Skilled at influencing others without direct authority, and working well in a team environment
  • Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow both within and outside your area of expertise
